Ordering
How far in advance should I place my order?
I recommend placing custom orders at least 5–7 days in advance. Availability may be limited during holidays and peak seasons.
How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed directly through the website. If you need something fully custom, please message me on social media or email me.
Can I make changes to my order?
Changes may be possible up to 72 hours before pickup, depending on the order and materials already purchased.

What flavors do you offer?
Chocolate chip, sugar, double chocolate chip, M&M, confetti, and red velvet.
Do you offer custom shapes?
Yes! In addition to numbers and letters, I can create custom shapes such as animals, sports themes, logos, holiday designs, and more.
Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?
Yes! Gluten-free and vegan options are available for all cookie cakes flavors. Please note that items are prepared in a home kitchen that also processes wheat, dairy, eggs, peanuts, and tree nuts, so cross-contact may occur. If you have a severe allergy, pease contact me before ordering.
How should I store my order after pickup?
For the best taste and texture, enjoy your treats at room temperature. Cookie cakes will stay fresh for 2-3 days when stored in an airtight container at room temperature.

If you plan to refrigerate or freeze your order, be sure it is wrapped tightly and stored in an airtight container or bag to help maintain freshness and prevent it from drying out.

Where are you located?
Blue Line Cookie Cakes is a home-based bakery located in the Rockwall/Royse City area of Texas.
Do you offer delivery?
Currently, only pickup is available. Delivery may be offered for select large orders depending on location.
What payment methods do you accept?
I currently offer Venmo, Zelle, credit/debit cards, and cash as payment methods.
Custom Designs
Can you match a theme or invitation?
Absolutely! Send the inspiration photos when you place your order and I will create a design that fits your theme while maintaining my decorating style.
Can you add bows, toppers, chocolate molds, or other decorations?
Yes! Additional decor such as bows, chocolate molds, acrylic toppers, printed images, and specialty embellishments can be added for an additional charge.
